Asia Zone Supply Chain Team Meeting 2015

From 21^st to 24^th April 2015, Asia Zone held their 3^rd zone Supply Chain Team meeting in the new OHQ office in Kuala Lumpur.  This time, the event was made more meaningful as we had the pleasure of having Mr Nicolas Manceau, Supply Chain Head for Biology, Corporate Supply Chain attending the event in person.  Nicolas was here to train the Asia Supply Chain team on Key topics related to management of DPS and Demand Planning. 

An in-depth training on additional features of Vanguard forecasting tool, DB2 demand planning process and other Supply Chain related matters kept the meeting lively lots of dialogues, discussions, arguments and question and answers among the participants. 

At the end of the 3 and half days meeting, everyone benefited from a well aligned, deeper understanding and knowledge of the various tools available to make our function more efficient and meaningful.

With this knowledge, the participants are eager to carry out the Stock and Supply Committee Review in their home country. We hope that the end result would be a better communication and teamwork among all the operation within the Asia Zone and Corporate Supply Chain and between Ceva and our customers.
